A decibel monitoring device is installed to ensure compliance with local noise regulations and prevent unauthorized parties. This device does not record or store any audio—it simply alerts us if sound levels exceed a reasonable threshold.

For the safety and security of all occupants and visitors, the pool fence installed on the premises must remain in place at all times. Guests expressly agree not to remove, disable, alter, or otherwise interfere with the pool fence or any of its components under any circumstances. Any such action shall constitute a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
By booking this property, Guests acknowledge and accept that the pool fence is a mandatory safety feature and agree to assume all liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the removal, alteration, or misuse of the pool fence.
