Street parking is not permitted in our neighborhood. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, which fits up to four cars (depending on size). Unauthorized street parking may result in immediate lease termination and towing at the guest's expense.
★ NO RVs OR BOAT TRAILERS ★
Per local ordinance, RVs and boats on trailers are not allowed at this time.
★ SECURITY & LOCAL COMPLIANCE ★
Guest Count Disclosure: Please accurately disclose the total number of guests at the time of booking. This helps us comply with local laws and Airbnb regulations.
Security Camera: For safety, there is one exterior camera facing the driveway/street only. There are no cameras inside the home, and we respect your privacy fully.
Noise Monitoring Device: We’ve installed a non-recording decibel monitor to help us comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties. This device does not record or store audio—it simply alerts us if sound levels exceed reasonable limits.

For the safety and security of all occupants and visitors, the pool fence installed on the premises must remain in place at all times. Guests expressly agree not to remove, disable, alter, or otherwise interfere with the pool fence or any of its components under any circumstances. Any such action shall constitute a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
By booking this property, Guests acknowledge and accept that the pool fence is a mandatory safety feature and agree to assume all liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the removal, alteration, or misuse of the pool fence. The Owner and Management shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the Guest’s failure to comply with this requirement.
