Street parking is not allowed in our neighborhood. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to towing. Our driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles (depending on size). Violating this rule may lead to immediate termination of your stay.
★ NO RVs OR TRAILERS WITH BOATS ★
Local regulations currently prohibit RV parking and boat trailers on the property until further notice.
★ SECURITY & OCCUPANCY ★
✔ Please disclose the total number of guests at the time of booking to remain in compliance with local laws and Airbnb policies.
✔ A security camera is installed facing the driveway/street only, for your safety. There are no cameras inside the home—your privacy is fully respected.
✔ To help prevent unauthorized gatherings, a noise monitoring device is installed indoors. This device does not record or store audio—it simply tracks volume levels and sends alerts if sound exceeds normal thresholds, in accordance with local noise regulations.
For the safety and security of all occupants and visitors, the pool fence installed on the premises must remain in place at all times. Guests expressly agree not to remove, disable, alter, or otherwise interfere with the pool fence or any of its components under any circumstances. Any such action shall constitute a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
By booking this property, Guests acknowledge and accept that the pool fence is a mandatory safety feature and agree to assume all liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the removal, alteration, or misuse of the pool fence. The Owner and Management shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the Guest’s failure to comply with this requirement.
