👉 There is no lifeguard on duty – guests use the pool entirely at their own risk.
👉 If the pool fence is to be taken down, guests must provide written confirmation accepting full responsibility and liability for pool safety during their stay.

★ TOW-AWAY ZONE ★
Street parking is strictly prohibited in this neighborhood. Any vehicle parked on the street is subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense.
The property driveway can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars only (depending on vehicle size). This limit is enforced without exception.
⚠️ Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
