★ TOWAWAY ZONE ★
There is a strict no-street parking policy in our neighborhood, and cars parked on the street will be towed. We have a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars depending on the size. Violation will result in termination of the lease immediately.
★ NO RV & NO BOATS ON TRAILERS ★

We request all guests disclose the number of people that will be on the property at any time to comply with local laws and Airbnb policies.
We have one camera facing the street or the driveway for security purposes only. There are NO cameras anywhere inside the house, we respect the privacy of our guests
